Bio What we're doing right now: <br>WE'RE RECORDING OUR FIRST FULL STUDIO ALBUM IN PENDLWOOD STUDIOS, IOWA! :D 1.)We're gathering people, and doing some grassroots work. People are going door to door for us, and we feel truly blessed. <br><br>2.) We're starting a door to door tour as soon as it's not cold (WHOO CHICAGO!) and we'll be traveling to people's doorsteps to play them a song of their choice. <br><br> 3.) We're trying to book a summer tour, and we're saving our funds, and getting new merch to ensure we have enough for a successful tour, and finally get our tracks mastered.<br><br>more to come...<br><br> Hey, we're We Drive Yeah, a rising band in Chicago. We've been hitting up all of Chicago's main downtown venues, The Subterranean, Beat Kitchen, etc., and taking every opportunity we can get. We've been a band for about two years, but we average about 6 years of experience. Our style lies somewhere between heavy driving rock, and pop rock, but we try to add tones of other flavors in to keep things interesting. We value our fans more than anything; they keep us going. And we also support any bands who are in our situation: Being dedicated to kicking open the door each day and stepping forward in a musical career. We've learned a lot, and we can only hope we'll still be learning. Here are some of the more notable things we've achieved, with the constant support of our fans, friends, and families: <br><br>- We played an event as a special guest with Good Charlotte, Metro Station, Boys Like Girls, and The Maine at The Rave in Milwaukee, WI <br>- The Green Light Firm contacted us, and we recorded our single "Hypothermia," at Pendlwood Studios in Des Moines, Iowa (The studio responsible for the recordings of artists from Tooth and Nail Records such as The Almost, Underoath, etc.) <br>- Took 1st place for rock/alternative night in The Nite Light's Battle of the Bands '08 with a score of 163 points (said to be highest recorded in history of Nite Light). <br>- Played at Berwyn's Centennial Festival just before the Ides of March. <br>- We've also been asked to be on Windy City Records winter & summer compilation cd's.<br><br> Even if we don't play Warped, we'll be marching through Chicago, The Midwest, and then the US, so keep your ears open.
